For me, life is what you make of it….and I think it’s important to never stop exploring and trying new and different things. I want travel the world and go to places like Sicily because that’s where my grandparents are from;; and to Australia for its beaches. And before I go to Sicily, I would love to learn to speak Italian, as it would truly make for an experience of a lifetime. When it comes to cooking, I can definitely hold my own in the kitchen with the basics, but I would love to learn how to cook more complex dishes, like my favorite, Veal Parmesan. I’m definitely not a picky eater, so I will try anything once….and the good news is, I haven’t died yet!….what can I say, except that’s where I’m a typical guy! And while it would be nice if you enjoyed sports too, I won’t torture by making you go to the games if you don’t. What I’m doing with my life.I’m passionate about my job, working for one of the three big automotive companies. But when I’m not working, I enjoy exercising, spending time with my family, watching baseball, and going to comedy clubs. I think it’s important in life to try new and different things, so next on my agenda is hot air ballooning, traveling to international countries, and learning how to become a better cook.I’m really good atBBQ’ing….while I wouldn’t say I’m a total Grill Master, I can pretty much cook an entire dinner on the grill. Everything from steaks, chicken, potatoes, corn and asparagus….all without burning anything!
