About Me

Well I'd like to think I'm a simple person, I came from a simple kind of life. I am close to all of my family, they are my best friends. I love to go fishing, hunting, camping and sit around a bonfire. I live in the city now and am a college student but will always be a country girl at heart. I value my belief in God but do not attend church as much as I should. I am not looking for a hookup, so if you are you are wasting your time. I love to write..I write children's literature in my spare time and dream to someday publish a book I am in my final semester of college to receive my B.S and am student teaching in a preschool currently. It is amazing and its all I really ever want to talk about =) When I graduate I hope to find a teaching job or a job in an early childhood environment where I can make a good influence. I'm just a very laid back kind of person and don't think that dating is a ' you match me and I match you' thing. That's just not how real life is. I am so very open minded and consider that probably my only necessity in another person, open-mindedness! I like who I am but am aware of all of my flaws.I value humility and use humility to keep improving myself. I will never think I'm better than anyone else, and if you do think that about yourself we probably wouldn't get along too great.     Single mom of an awesome 7-year-old boy who is looking to chat with friendly, like minded people and see where it goes. I don't really know what to expect from this site, but I am keeping an open mind without rushing anything. I currently work the night shift as well as attend classes in the morning. I have a pretty tight schedule, so any spare time I have is usually spent with my son finding cool new fun things to do together. We usually end up at the movies or swimming somewhere, though.
