Things I EnjoyThe sound of rain. Amazing to fall asleep to. I will open the window as soon as it starts chucking it down. Also it reminds me of home, except there the rain falls sideways, it comes down the street as opposed to taking a detour via the clouds.Outdoorsy Stuff. Bit cliche , but then we have no choice to travel, be it Cambodia , or to the fridge. I feel like you get a different satisfaction from working in other countries as opposed to being a tourist. Sometimes as a tourist its great that you have no responsiblities but you can sometimes feel like a poorly dressed ghost with a camera in another country. Whereas given the chance to work, you can get under the surface of a place and the people. Film. Its my Degree and career of choice. Love watching films, and some TV. Love working on them also, the atmosphere of being on set is pretty magical, particularly filming documentary and comedy. Just recently we completed a Pilot for a comedy sketch show. It's the only job i've ever had where feel you're both working your hardest, and yet somehow not working at all. Coming from a family of educators and engineers It's hard to brand what your doing as a 'real job' when you've spent the day filming a sketch about two tramps playing chess.Gym.
