First and foremost, I AM NOT HERE simply to hook up. To me, women ARE NOT meat and I do not and I will not view them as such. There is a plethora of crap and persons of bad intentions out there. That is, I pursue work and success with all of my brain but I pursue life and love with all of my heart! I would really like to happen upon, to learn about and to grow close to someone without the nonsensical drama and futile games. I am a very confident guy but drama and games are often what you seem to find at some bar. I seem to have always been drawn to classy women of strength, intelligence, Independence, perseverance and sophistication. Though, I have no set list of desired characteristics. I set no expectations. I would rather focus on you as you exist here and now. Simply stated, I want a teammate. I do not need a coach and I will not coach you. I make loyalty and reliability a priority towards those I care for. (I don't even own a Playstation!) Ok, I thought I'd try this again and be a little more serious, telling people who I am and what I am looking for. I am an elementary teacher who chose to leave the suburban life of teaching to work in an inner city school where I feel that I can make more of a difference in the lives of the children I previously worked with. Not that students in the suburbs don't have some of their own troubles, but I feel as though having a patient, positive, caring role model is needed exponentially more in the inner city. Yes, some days at work are rough and stressful, but I always try to remember where my students are coming from before judging them in anyway. I am growing to love being with them and our personalities are starting to rub off on one another. :0)That would be my professional life, now on to who I am outside of work. I am an easy going and patient kind of guy who likes movies, the outdoors, camping, hiking, happy hours with friends, going to sporting events (Go Twins, Vikings, and Wild!), I like to play cards, garden, and it seems I'm constantly doing some kind of remodel job on my house, but it's getting close to the way I want it. (Guess I'll need another project soon?) I love my family, spending time with my niece, going to the gym, cooking, playing darts, going to concerts, and trying new restaurants whenever I can. I'd like to travel more, but going alone isn't nearly as fun as having a companion to go along with me!What I'm looking for:I'm looking for someone who is honest, with themselves and me! Someone who loves themselves and is open to loving me the way that I want to love them, unconditionally regardless of our faults, gifts, triumphs, and failures.
