I'm one of the most honest people I know. Our lives are too short for fear and regrets. I believe in hard work and hard play. I am usually happiest outdoors. I've always felt the most centered in the presence of nature; it makes any troubles I have seem trivial, or at least adds perspective. In my free time I like to sketch, do something (anything) new and adventurous, read, or just decompress with a good friend (over a bottle of Bacardi). I graduated December '11 and work as an oncology nurse. As for my personality, I like to think I am open-minded and thoughtful. My friends say I am stubborn and cynical...and a bit naive (don't ask me how I can be both). I wear my heart on my sleeve, at times to a fault, but that's how I am. I think the greatest aspiration you can have is just to be happy.Musically, I like everything from oldies, to punk, to reggae, hardstyle, etc. Not so much country or rap.Turn ons: proper spelling and grammar, having an education, having a job, having a sense of humor, liking animals, being tall, tattoos, and knowing how to fix my car.-shirts. A first date just depends on how I feel that day... Arcade, dinner, drinks, library, park, whatever. As long as its public we can make it fun.

    About me... I have a daughter that my whole world revolves around. I'm a little bit of a workaholic. My job and my career are very important to me. I've had an e-reader for years now, but its just not the same. There's something wonderful about flipping paper pages, and closing the cover of a book when you're done that an e-reader just can't match. I'd hands down rather walk out of a library with an armful of books than walk out of any store with an armful of shopping bags. I'm not gonna lie and say that I'm not complicated. I am female after all. So saying I don't have my "moments" would make me a liar. *haha* But I am honest (obviously) ,pretty straight forward, and wonderfully quirky. Or atleast I would like to think so. I don't care where, as long as its casual with great conversation and lots of laughs.

    I don't really have a lot of hobbies. Most of my time is taken up with taking care of my son who is always a ball to take care of. He's a great kid and he always makes you laugh!
