I finally have a minute to give this profile a real update. I just had a beautiful baby boy and yes I am a single mother. I am NOT looking for a "baby daddy" or someone to step in to that role. I am all the mother and father that he needs. I am looking for people to hang out and pass the time with and possibly form a meaningful bond with. When you get to know me I really am a loyal, sweet, fun loving, positive person. I'm a keeper. I have a great job that I love and I work as much as I can. About me... I have a daughter that my whole world revolves around. I'm a little bit of a workaholic. My job and my career are very important to me. I'm independent to a fault, and I take my ability to take care of myself and my child very seriously. But that doesn't mean I'm a Debbie downer all the time. My second language is sarcasm and I'm completely fluent in snark. Music is right up there with breathing for me. It's necessary for me to function. I can play just about anything with strings but my *** choice is the guitar. My happy place is my back porch with my guitar. I swear it seems like everything comes together and all is right with the world while I'm out there jamming away. I love to read, and Libraries make me genuinely happy. I've had an e-reader for years now, but its just not the same. There's something wonderful about flipping paper pages, and closing the cover of a book when you're done that an e-reader just can't match. I'd hands down rather walk out of a library with an armful of books than walk out of any store with an armful of shopping bags. I'm not gonna lie and say that I'm not complicated. I am female after all. So saying I don't have my "moments" would make me a liar. *haha* But I am honest (obviously) ,pretty straight forward, and wonderfully quirky. Or atleast I would like to think so. I don't care where, as long as its casual with great conversation and lots of laughs.

I really love the area and the things to do around here. I also spend a lot of time with my family. I have grown up in football family, so I spend a lot of time going to/watching games. I would be looking for a partner who is also as big as a sports fan as I (and my family) am. I like trying new things. New places to eat, new bands to watch, new cities and states to visit. I love to travel around the states. I have not been out of the U.S. much but I know someday I will. I'm a huge history buff and my favorite area is WWII***'s. I love watching movies, TV shows, etc. based on history. I would hope to share that appreciation with my partner as well.I do love working out...but I'm not obsessed with it. haha I do like going to the gym, running/biking a trail, and playing team sports. But, I am not a health nut, like some people can be. I like being active but I do appreciate a good cheeseburger, just being honest. I guess a first date would be meeting at a fun bar or resturant, having some food or drinks. I like to keep it informal for the first date because it is a little less pressure. I think after clicking with someone, being picked up, taken out to a nice place that is romantic and fun. I guess that is what I would expect from someone I just started seeing.
