I am a cute, tall, smart, and occasionally witty woman who enjoys reading The Economist and watching RuPaul's Drag Race. I am lucky to have a job where I can do work that I love. Even though I work in a lab, my job is only peripherally scientific. However, I love having my mind blown by new advances in science and technology.In my spare time, I like to go to movies at the AFI, visit DC museums, take road trips, or try out restaurants in the city. I'm still looking for a good dive bar. When I'm feeling lazy, I'm more likely to read a good book, knit, or watch an entire series on Netflix in a condensed space of time. I have a very strong preference for one of the Washingtons over the other, but I won't go into that here. I am pretty happy with where I am in my life.Some additional "likes":-Having excuses to get dressed up and go out-Men in suits-Punks-Music, many types-Research Going for a drink or coffee often presents a good opportunity for people to talk and get to know each other.     I need someone who is honest, open and likes a little adventure. Believes spending time with friends and family is important but is comfortable being alone.
