I don't really know what to expect from this site...are people really serious about this, or do I have to go and pay for like meetville or something to actually find somebody!?? lolFirst off, I'm a really simple, easy going, down to earth girl. I don't have a thousand pairs of shoes, purses, gadgets and so on...not that I don't like those things, but I chose to spend my money on other more important things...or save up for that matter! But that doesn't mean that when I go out, I can't dress up and get all fancy...I do clean up pretty well! ;)I'm a registered veterinary technician...I wanted to be a veterinarian, but my life's path took me in another direction and I don't regret it at all! I absolutely love my job and I enjoy going to work everyday which, I think, not many people can say! The staff is amazing and we make a pretty good team! So since I'm a vet tech, it's no surprise that I love animals! I have 2 dogs and 3 cats of my own that are my babies! I walk my dogs twice a day everyday even if it's raining, snowing or if it's beautiful out and the sun is shining! They keep me active that way and it's my time to relax and decompress from a hectic day! So I'm definitely looking for a guy who doesn't mind a little hair on his clothes sometimes (thank god for sticky rollers lol) or a cat sleeping at his feet at night! I'm looking for someone who likes to walk and spend time outdoors with the four legged friends and who enjoys the simple things in life!In my spare time, I looove to cook! I could watch the food network all day! I love eating healthy and trying new recipes! But I also enjoy the good ol' burger, poutine or other fast food once in a while!! It is very important to me to find a christian man. I am a single mom to a great 19 year old son. We are both in college. I'm in college working on becoming a teacher for students with special needs. I love it! I'm thrilled to be in school! I am so ready to be done though! I also work in a grocery store as much as I can and still keep up with school and home.I'm a positive women who is also very adaptive. I enjoy many, many things and I'm always willing to try new stuff. I can be very sarcastic at times and really enjoy funny people.There is no box to check that says I want to see where things go. I have found that saying I want a relationship helps avoid some of the men just looking for a "good time," some. You might be surprised at how many want you to go ahead and meet them so you have a good time with them while you look for someone. Sorry, not interested.
