I'll be honest I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie.I work as a Registered Nurse in management. I spend long days taking care of patients and filling out paperwork, but the truth is, I'd rather be doing a lot more. My ultimate goal is to advance my career and one day work for a prestigious medical research center. I believe that if you really want something you must work hard to achieve it, and to always follow your heart-never give up on your dreams. Helping others is my passion. Family is most important to me, I have always put them first and I am fortunate to have them in my life along with a close group of friends.I am the proud mom of a 4 year old boy. He is my entire world, and i live my life with his best interests in mind. That being said- I am not looking for an *** figure but being comfortable around kids is a big plus : )I'm excited to meet new people on here, friendship isn't out of the question. Its welcomed. I expect 100% honesty whether we are just friends or more. I must admit, I like a bit of a bad boy. Not the "treat you like crap" type but someone who will push me to my limit then pull me back in with a warm hug at the last second. I love funny guys who can make me laugh until I cry. A few other things I look for in a guy are that he knows sometimes its better to just understand rather then be understood, laughter can save a relationship lack of laughter can kill it.     The first thing you need to know about me, that I'm a Christian and church and my faith are very important to me. If that's a problem for you, we probably wouldn't work out.I'm compassionate and caring and tender-hearted which also means I can be emotional and things that some people can brush off as no big deal tend to be a bigger deal to me. I hate conflict and like to resolve things quickly *** letting things go unsaid. I am a giver. I like to do things for people that I love and don't expect things in return (gratitude goes a long way). I'm loyal to a fault. I work as a classroom assistant with preschool and kindergarten children and I love my job. I've been there for 5 years and honestly can't see myself doing anything different. I'm an artist and have several of the quirks that come w/ being an artist (but not a too many). I dabble in painting, pottery/clay, mixed media, jewelry, and just whatever random creative thing pops into my head. :) I don't necessarily need to date someone who is artistic, but would probably like being w/ someone who at least appreciates what I do. Going out and being with people is great, but sometimes the best thing is cuddling up on the couch to watch a movie. I like to dress up and go to nice places but I also don't mind getting dirty. The one thing I want more than anything is to be a wife and mom. I want to stay at home and raise my own kids as opposed to having a nanny or a daycare do it. I have pretty traditional values. Some might say old fashioned. I want a man who will open the door for me, pull out my chair, and do all those chivalrous things that so many women don't like these days because they're too independent. I know I have high standards and I know it makes this whole process more difficult, but I also know that men like this exist so I'm willing to hold out and wait for what I want. I have dreams of traveling the world but I'm not doing a great job at fulfilling those dreams as of yet. Coffee. Drinks. A park. Something casual and comfortable for the first date for sure.
