The first thing you need to know about me, that I'm a Christian and church and my faith are very important to me. If that's a problem for you, we probably wouldn't work out.I'm compassionate and caring and tender-hearted which also means I can be emotional and things that some people can brush off as no big deal tend to be a bigger deal to me. I hate conflict and like to resolve things quickly *** letting things go unsaid. I am a giver. I like to do things for people that I love and don't expect things in return (gratitude goes a long way). I'm loyal to a fault. I work as a classroom assistant with preschool and kindergarten children and I love my job. I've been there for 5 years and honestly can't see myself doing anything different. I'm an artist and have several of the quirks that come w/ being an artist (but not a too many). I dabble in painting, pottery/clay, mixed media, jewelry, and just whatever random creative thing pops into my head. :) I don't necessarily need to date someone who is artistic, but would probably like being w/ someone who at least appreciates what I do. Going out and being with people is great, but sometimes the best thing is cuddling up on the couch to watch a movie. I like to dress up and go to nice places but I also don't mind getting dirty. The one thing I want more than anything is to be a wife and mom. I want to stay at home and raise my own kids as opposed to having a nanny or a daycare do it. I have pretty traditional values. Some might say old fashioned. I want a man who will open the door for me, pull out my chair, and do all those chivalrous things that so many women don't like these days because they're too independent. I know I have high standards and I know it makes this whole process more difficult, but I also know that men like this exist so I'm willing to hold out and wait for what I want. I have dreams of traveling the world but I'm not doing a great job at fulfilling those dreams as of yet. Coffee. Drinks. A park. Something casual and comfortable for the first date for sure.

One of my favorite things to do is socialize over some coffee, or maybe a drink. I don't ever go past one drink though, because I am not really a drinker.If you are into sports, that's cool. I know how they work and won't mind watching them. Sometimes I really get into it myself.I am a music junkie. I can play bass guitar, but haven't had one for years. I pretty much get into all sorts of music. I dabble in rap. I enjoy punk, ska, industrial, metal-core, alternative. I love me some classical music. I tolerate country in small doses. I don't really do pop music too well. If you cant make fun of me, yourself.....or situations....it is not going to work. I take life lightly. I love to laugh, smile and just have a great time. So, sense of humor, please. I can be very sarcastic. If I told you what I liked on a first date, I wouldn't enjoy it. Be creative.
