The first thing you need to know about me, that I'm a Christian and church and my faith are very important to me. If that's a problem for you, we probably wouldn't work out.I'm compassionate and caring and tender-hearted which also means I can be emotional and things that some people can brush off as no big deal tend to be a bigger deal to me. I work as a classroom assistant with preschool and kindergarten children and I love my job. I've been there for 5 years and honestly can't see myself doing anything different. I'm an artist and have several of the quirks that come w/ being an artist (but not a too many). I dabble in painting, pottery/clay, mixed media, jewelry, and just whatever random creative thing pops into my head. :) I don't necessarily need to date someone who is artistic, but would probably like being w/ someone who at least appreciates what I do. Going out and being with people is great, but sometimes the best thing is cuddling up on the couch to watch a movie. I like to dress up and go to nice places but I also don't mind getting dirty. The one thing I want more than anything is to be a wife and mom. I want to stay at home and raise my own kids as opposed to having a nanny or a daycare do it. I have pretty traditional values. Some might say old fashioned. I want a man who will open the door for me, pull out my chair, and do all those chivalrous things that so many women don't like these days because they're too independent. I know I have high standards and I know it makes this whole process more difficult, but I also know that men like this exist so I'm willing to hold out and wait for what I want. I have dreams of traveling the world but I'm not doing a great job at fulfilling those dreams as of yet. Coffee. Drinks. A park. Something casual and comfortable for the first date for sure.

I hate these things! I keep saying I'm never going to use them again, and then I remember that I have a really busy work life and it's really hard to meet people, well people that you would actually date, if you're not into the bar and club scene. I'm convinced meetville is just for men to try and get into ladies' panties on what they consider a faster track than happenstance. Maybe I'm just jaded. Anything else, just ask. :-)
