I am a physical therapist who is addicted to Crossfit. I also coach Crossfit in my "free" time. I have lived in 6 states as well as Okinawa Japan, but I'm not a military brat. I scuba dive and SUP. I have a small dog who usually gets the front seat in my car, while we are rocking out to some country music.
