Sports, outdoors, shopping....love my heels and my purses....lolIm a single mother of three amazing children that are pretty much grown. I work in property management and have for the last 18years, it is a great career and has many rewards, but as many careers, it can be very stressful at times...GO COWBOYS..(true fan right here win or lose) However, I enjoy many sports to say the least! My life is lead by the Gospel and in order for me to follow your lead, you must KNOW the gospel. Im a spiritual person, not a religious person. Those of you whom know the difference, no need to ask, and those of you who do not are usually the religious ones. I love family time with my kids and we all stay very active with one another. However, they are all getting ready to leave the nest, so that leaves plenty of time for this momma to step out now, and fly a little myself. As for what I am looking for in a "husband" is his FAITH, relationship with God and his family. To be the one who wants to DATE me for the rest of his life! Many people lose sight to what kept you interested to begin with. I want friendship that leads to a never ending romance and true love. Enough of the sappy stuff, I just want a good man lead by God. How you treat your mother is very important to me, tells me alot about who you are and where you have been and how you were raised.Summer is my favorite time of year....I love tanning, swimming, camping, tubing, hiking etc... I love the outdoors, so as much fun as we can have outside Im all for it. I date outside my race and its a preference (Ive been dating black men for last 14yrs), so please dont take it real personal if you write and I speak but we never exchange numbers or go on a date. With that being said, it doesnt mean Im opposed to dating any other race.     I work hard, but not all the time. I work full-time, go to school (finishing a B.A.S. in Management) and work a side job. I like to fix things around the house. I have been scraping, replacing and painting the wood on the exterior of my house most of the year between work and school. I like to go dancing to dance, not to get drunk or get into a bunch of drama. I like going to the lake, going to a game or hanging out at the house to watch a movie or have friends over.     Soooo.....update ***I often wonder why there are so many people on earth that are single and don't want to be. It shouldn't be this difficult to find someone you are compatible with. But after looking through the sea of faces that are single, it must be. Also, i am not big and tall, but I would be classified as bbw in today's standards. I am looking for my soulmate. I honestly think I have already met my soulmate, but we both took different directions in life. There's a good chance you have already met your soulmate, too. So, that leads me to the next section here.I understand that most guys have good girl friends that are part of their life, and that is cool with me. I also have guy friends. I am not ready to "move in" with someone or even get married at this point. Marriage is the only way I will live with a guy. I also do not drink and drive. Not even one drink. So, our meeting can be at a restaurant or bar, but I'll be having a coke.Things I like to do for fun are sewing (I try, anyway), thinking, writing letters, admiring flowers, making homemade pizza, etc. So now the topic of sports...I am not into them. However, if you are, I wouldn't mind sitting on the couch beside you rooting for your team. I will probably ask you to explain what just happened or talk to you throughout the whole game. I do not hunt. Or ride 4 wheelers. But I love to camp, though.I'm not so much into movies as I am music. I would choose listening to music anyday over watching a movie.I am trying to lose weight. I feel like I should say this so it doesn't seem like I have "given up" on myself. I have reluctantly accepted myself as a bbw, but honestly had a lot more fun buying clothes when I was thinner. And now they have a weight watchers app for your phone- so cool!!Hopefully this helps decode me a little. I am one of those simple/complex people. I like the simple things in life, but sometimes those are the most complex.Talk to ya soon. Things that sound fun: listen to a band, meet for a drink( soda for me), planetarium, a poetry reading, library, art galleries, etc.Things that don't sound fun: movies(theater or rented), putt putt, coffee when it's hot outside, swimming, cuddling, etc.
