SO, I got an opportunity to go back to school after my son graduated and I'll be done soon! I'm a Christian, above all, and I'm looking for a man who shares my faith. I have no emotional hang ups. I'm seeking the same in a man. I've met a lot of men who are emotionally unavailable and there's no way to build a relationship or even begin with someone still pining for an ex, nursing old heartbreaks, angry at God because every aspect of their life hasnt been roses and puppies. You have to have resilience. You have to have faith. I'm an upbeat person. I can get pretty intense, especially when it concerns my studies, but I'm otherwise easy going, love to laugh and enjoy being me.I'm bright, inquisitive, gentle-natured and I love kids. If you can engage me in conversation..... then you've got my interest.I'm a movie buff and I go as often as I can. Years back, I used to write for underground heavy metal magazines and ezines. I still like to write and I'm actually [slowly but surely] writing a book, now!I'm also still a fan of heavy metal and hard rock, but I listen to more of The Sacrificed and Sacred Warrior [Christian metal][secular metal] these days.I'm also very interested in Conservative politics and try to stay as active and aware, as possible.I've always been very health conscious and was in the habit of working out ***days a week. However, 2 total loss accidents within a 6 month period have sidelined me with physical issues. Slowly but surely, I'm healing. One day soon, I hope to get back into my regular workouts.In a guy, I'm looking for stability, as I stated above, emotionally, as well as in every other aspect of his life. You dont have to be perfect... just perfect for me. A sense of humor, kind heart, and a love of God are key. First dates are tricky. I think doing anything where we could both be comfortable and really get to know each other would be a good start.
