I am a outgoing outspoken women who truly enjoys my family and friends and who can appreciate the little things in life. While I was born in upstate NY I have been a thriving transplant for almost 20 years.I stay fairly active in the volleyball community, keep myself busy with work and friends and any adventure I come across. I am interested in travel, volleyball, good food matched with great wine, working out and the great outdoors in general. Beach or mountains and everything in-between I love it.I like hosting small get together with good food (yes I can cook) and great cheap wine, but can also enjoy a night out on the town. I have even been known to enjoy a good camping trip. I want someone to share my adventures with and needs someone with gumption to stand up to a hard headed women when needed. So if you are interested send me a note, not a hi, or what what's up, but something that tells me you looked at more then my picture. I am worth the effort :) Something other then the traditional dinner and a movie...

Fit, fun, and looking for my next adventure. I'm heading to El Salvador in the summer to construct a kitchen for an orphanage and then off to Okinawa in November with a friend to visit her sister. I love to travel abroad as well as just a weekend getaway around town. I head out West once a year to grab some awesome powder days on my snowboard! I'm highly competitive with board games and sports. I love playing volleyball, soccer, and yoga. I like taking my dogs on short hikes on the weekends and will hopefully get them out camping this year. I'm currently doing Insanity at the gym with some of my coworkers. It's a lot of fun but we push each other to our maximum limit almost every day trying to outdo each other. Which in turn means my whole body hurts throughout the week.I know it sounds like I'm always on the go but I do love to unwind in front of the television or curl up on the coach and read a great book. I have a stressful job so I don't like a lot of drama when I come home. I'm not high maintenance either! i can be low key with a t-shirt and jeans or dress it up for an evening out. Don't ask me to take on the old school "women's" jobs at home. Equality is a must and should be respected on both sides. I've been on some pretty rough first dates. I just want a first date that isn't going to add additional nervousness to the situation. Meeting for coffee, checking out new books. going wine tasting, or just going for a walk. It doesn't have to be a long timeframe an hour or two tops. That's enough time to realize if you want to know more about that person.
