About Me

I am currently in Pharmacy school which I take pretty seriously, but in all other areas of my life I love to have fun! Family is very important to me, but the most important thing in my life is my relationship with Jesus. I like to make people smile, and are pretty good at it too.

Hi, I am new to this online dating thing. I am a student at Western who likes to work out and listen to music. I play a lot of sports, but I only bike and run now (but I love tennis, hockey, skiing.. the list goes on). I watch a ton of tv and movies too. I try to be a nice, kind-hearted person, and live my life to the fullest. I'm easy going and always enjoy a good laugh. Feel free to ask me more!

I love horses and dogs, and I used to have three of each until I had to move.Nothing makes me feel more alive than being outside on a beautiful day, but I wouldn't call myself super outdoorsy. The English language is awesome! There's something incredibly enjoyable about people who use it well.—but I'm not one for binge drinking or loud bars.Food. I love good food. If you feed me, you'll have a hard time getting rid of me.My best friends are guys I've known since high school. An anthropologist, an archeologist, a lawyer, a chef, and a philosopher/mathematician. We all like good music, good alcohol, good conversation, and Super Smash Bros on N64.I've always wanted to get a degree in neuroscience. Since that has been financially out of my grasp, I've been taking every opportunity to improve my life as single woman with no college degree. I don't intend on working a dead end job or relying on someone else to support me, and I will do what it takes to ensure that my future family can have the happiness that financial security brings.I am a registered Democrat who loves her constitutional rights.I was raised strictly Presbyterian, but with a lot of thought, I've made my way around to atheism. I'm quite content with it, and I find plenty of beauty in the world without religion.I can enjoy almost any kind of music really, so long as it's decent. Yo-Yo Ma, ADTR, Jimmy Eat World, Tchaikovsky, Andrea Bocelli, NWA, Ingrid Michaelson, Johnny Cash... Oh, but hands down, Frank Sinatra is the best. The. Best. I'm pretty easy to please, so long as it involves the opportunity for some good conversation. Eating at a jazz club, walking around a festival, ridding horses or roller coasters, an art museum (I love Gustav Klimt!), or just talking over coffee.

    • I love being active, specifically biking, ultimate Frisbee, running , volleyball and hiking (especially in the form of racing people through the woods at top speed).• I would love to be with someone who wants to invest in the lives of children who need love. For years, I have held the dream of becoming a foster parent, and I would love if you were interested in doing this with me.• I studied abroad in Uganda for a semester, and it totally transformed my views on international aid.• My dreams for the future include:1. Travel the country and the world, but eventually settle down close to family and friends2. Have a “house of hospitality”; a home where both friends and strangers always feel welcome (and a guest bedroom always ready to accommodate such guests).3. To have a room in our house dedicated to allowing our children and foster children to express themselves through art (throwing paint at the wall, painting murals, painting pictures on the floor, whatever), especially the children who have experienced trauma. I believe expression through art can be so healing.4. To learn more about who God is and fall more in love with Him everyday.5. To have a loving, gentle husband to partner in all these dreams with, as well as all the dreams that he brings to our relationship. Also, I would like to become bi-lingual in Spanish, but am so far from doing so!Currently, I'm finishing up my undergraduate degree in Social Work, as well as a degree in Bible, and will be graduating in December!
