Greetings!!!I am an intelligent, well situated and independent woman. I take very good care of myself physically and fitness is a regular part of my life and always has been. I have been divorced for 13 years, however have spent most of those years in long term relationships. I am now out in the "dating" world and just trying to not limit my options....thus finding myself on this dating site. I enjoy socializing and being with my friends, but not sure that will bring me the person that I seek.I believe that I have an amazing desire and ability to completely give myself to another. One of the greatest feelings is giving to another and bringing happiness to those around me. I am fortunate in that I have positioned myself well in life, I am extremely happy with who I am, I take pride in my personal accomplishments, and truly look forward to what today and tomorrow will bring. I must say that I have taken life's experiences and grown from those. I have seen my obstacles as opportunities and done everything I can to make things better. I am a happy person and am always seeking to bring happiness to others. In the end, I am seeking the ultimate in a relationship. I have definitely come to the point in life that I know what I want, what will make me happy, what will be successful, and will ultimately fulfill my dreams and desires. I am not looking for someone to take care of me, rather someone to compliment me and bring to me the piece of my life that is missing.....life long love.I seek a man that is compassionate, affectionate, giving, caring, professional, intelligent, well situated in his life, and most importantly my very best friend. I am attracted to those that are outgoing, have a great sense of humor, drama free, and overall have a very positive outlook on life. A man that is confident and secure with himself and his life is very attractive as well. One thing that I struggle with is a person that lacks basic patience........road rage, arrogance, and the general feeling that you exceed all others are not attractive traits to me. In fact they are major turn-offs. As a woman, I enjoy being treated as such....with kindness, respect, and understanding. In the end, I want to be with someone that makes me feel wonderful!Best of luck to everyone out here! Here's to New Beginnings!!!

Hi guys! Really this should be simple: I'm just a normal gal looking for a normal guy. Let me start by talking a little about the guy I'm looking for: I tend to be attracted to the clean-cut kind of guy - either kind of geeky or sporty (a combination of the two would be ideal). I'm not looking for a "bad boy" or a biker - although if you ride, it's not a deal breaker. I tend to go for guys who are intelligent, but also would enjoy a day at the ball park. Not into the bar/club scene to meet people - although I do like to occasionally go dancing and/or go out for drinks. Personality wise, I'm a positive, bubbly, outgoing gal who has a tremendously big heart (and tend to wear it on my sleeve). I like to think of the glass as "half full" and not sweat the small stuff. I have my teaching degree and taught first grade for awhile, but now I work at a daycare as the one year old teacher. My interests include outdoor activities (swimming, camping, boating, catching some rays), dinner or drinks out, comedy clubs, or dancing, as well as cuddling on the couch watching a good movie...and YES, I like to watch sports if my significant other is into that (Go Tigers!). I have two teenage daughters ***& ***so you'd have to be ok with that. Give me a chance - you may be pleasantly surprised.**Update: recently started eating better and working out again. Working on a lifestyle change, not just another diet. It comes off a lot more slowly than it goes on!!! :-)Some have asked why does my profile say "dating" vs. "LTR" - eventually I would love to be in a LTR, but I would never jump into one without getting to know that person a bit first...and that takes dating. BTW - not interested in the dating anyone younger than ***thanks, I'm flattered, but that's not really me. PS - if I look at your profile and don't contact you, but you think we may have some things in common, feel free to contact me. (Not interested in anyone under the age of ***thanks though!) I think a first date should be fairly short and be located where my date and I could actually talk and get to know one another a bit. BUT I'm generally up for a lot of different things.
