Hi ; )I'm a strong person but every once in a while I would like someone to take my hand and tell me everything's gonna be alright.I like to bake for my friends and my favourite part is seeing them enjoy the sweets. If you've ever seen the movie Au Chocolat, it's that kind of a feeling for me. I love making homemade jam when the summer fruits come into season and giving them to my family and friends.I also love to sing but haven't given it much focus in the last year or two. We need to spend more time slowing things down and moving our body. I like hot yoga because it brings a little intensity to it....like I used to get with more aggressive exercise routines. I'm only 6 weeks in but looking forward to reaping the physical and emotional/spiritual benefits as the months go by. I like the emphasis of it being a practice...It helps me let go of the need to be perfect.I love connecting with nature, photography, reading, watching movies, eating great food, laughing out loud with friends, love animals, and making people smile.;Soulmates are a partnership of equals for the purpose of spiritual growth"As far as finding a long term partner, I remain open to which ever way destiny has in store of delivering on that. It may be online, it may be through friends, or a casual serendipitous encounter at Farm Boy lol. I think all we can do is be OPEN and try to keep the judgement in check. You never know unless you try..... It only takes a few minutes to gauge and is crucial in the process. I have found it to be helpful and coffee can turn into drinks, dinner, or a game of pool, if it feels right.Then first date...well, the possibilities are endless. I would like to say for starters -- I love living life to the fullest. I am always trying new things to get into, so in other words I am no couch potato. I love being outdoors, especially hiking. I live my life through humor and carry my heart on my sleeve. Sometimes I feel it is a curse rather than a blessing. Even though I am from the country (born and raised) I do dress the girly girl part. I have a job that requires me to dress corporate style so I tend to make sure I am well groomed before leaving the house. But I cannot blame it all on my job, I love dressing up; however, on the weekends you will find me in my favorite pair of jeans, tee-shirt and a ball cap. What kind of music I listen too -- practically anything really. I am very happy with the way life has turned out for me but there is a missing link and ready to complete that link because it is no fun doing things by yourself. I love going out at night to enjoy festivities such as a movie, dinner or maybe a concert or tend to love being home with a good movie and company to share my evening with also. I love to cook, just ask my grown kids how well they have enjoyed my cooking, but it does tend to be boring cooking for one.
