About Me

I am looking for someone who loves to live life. Works hard and plays hard. Loves to travel, cook, read, watch movies, trying new things, and isn't afraid to step out of their comfort zone. I love live music, dancing, and trying new restaurants. Spur of the moment day trips or even long weekends away. Long walks and great conversations. My kids have flown the coop and I am learning to enjoy all my free time. I believe in life it's important to be able to acknowledge your mistakes, fight fair and with passion, be willing to be fully open and honest, respect and love yourself, so you can do the same for others, and always be willing and open to hear others opinions, ideas, and thoughts. I love my job work a lot, but it is NOT who I am. I know how to take time off and I know when to relax. I am looking for someone to ENHANCE my life not complete it. That man has to be completely available mentally and emotionally. Be willing to do what it takes to make a relationship work. Be open and honest. Be trusting and trustworthy. Be comfortable in his own skin and proud of his life even his mistakes.The reality is we all have baggage, but it's how you handle it that counts. Not thinking you don't have any, cause that's never true...not at our age.Some fun facts about me - I can run a skid loader and love it. I am a master with a chain saw. My favorite places to shop include flea markets, book stores, cooking stores, any kind of home improvement store, and well yes...shoe stores. Other than that I am not a great shopper. I have jumped out of a perfectly good airplane and loved every minute of it. I golf and enjoy it...yet I can honestly say Bloody Marys help :) I truly enjoy sports both playing them and watching them...especially the Gophers both Basketball and Hockey I love to cook anything and everything. Oh and I love the Volkswagen commercial of the dad and son who can't throw a baseball to save their lives!! There is a lot more I could say, but I think we need to have something to talk about...don't you?? All depends on the weather

    Semi-retired with to much spare time on my hands. Looking to venture out, see who and what is there in this part of the country. Wide variety of music genres, but the older I get , I find myself really enjoying bands/songs that I was enthralled by in the '80's. I know, showing my age. Aerosmith continues to be an all time favorite.     Hi! I'm a single, attractive, gainfully employed female who is willing to try a more unconventional way of meeting that special someone. Some things we just can't package into a little box. That's what makes life interesting, right? First dates should be intimate, yet not too private. I would like a chance to get to know my date and carry on a conversation without having to yell. Maybe have a quiet dinner or some drinks in an intimate restaurant or bar.
