    For many years I thought I had life figured out, then curve ball after curve ball came my way. I always tell my kids, you always have a choice, you may not like the choices but you still have a choice. I chose to move forward and try to make the best of things. I enjoy working out, when I have the time. Taking a yoga class, zumba class or some boxing is actually fun. The work is trying to find the time to go.
