I eat healthy, and try to take care of myself, I try to walk at least a 5k ***times a week, or work out if the weather is bad. Physically I am healthy, I see my doctor on a regular basis for the required check-ups, as well as my dentist. I am an excellent cook and would love to listen to soft music, and sip a nice wine while we cook a meal together.
