I am always looking for the best in people. Smiles say more than words can convey often. I always like to look for the best in everybody. People are great and fun to get to know. I enjoy the simple things in life and try to appreciate everything I see and do. I like to be there for whoever needs me and my time. I love to listen to everybody. There is always hope for not so good times. I hope that I have guided my children well. I have had people tell me that they are very polite and respectful towards them and others. I believe that this has come from me being their best cheerleader when they are down, and listening when they have their finet achievements yet. I have learned alot from my parents who have been married 51 years. They are the greatest teachers. I hope this will be past down to them also. I have worked in the medical field at the same lab for 23 years and I have a terrific job. I am a very lucky and fortunate person. I am extremely blessed to have excellent health. This is something that I am very grateful for and I definitely appreciate it every day. I believe that it is time for me to find someone special who would like to spend some great quality time together. I am always respectful of differences and likenesses. Lets see if we can add to these. Our first date would be superb if you and I could sit across from each other and talk the night away. A glass of wine would spark the conversation and let us be more at ease. Dinner would be both calm and exciting. After our meal, we would definitely have to take a walk to continue talking. We would then go out dancing to get to know each other better. We would lose track of time and never want the night to end. But as they say in the movies "All good things must come to an end". Thank goodness this is NOT the movies! Can't wait till our next date!!

    I love to read. I have a large collection of books although half of my collection is manga (japanese comics). I really enjoy the artwork and storylines in them. I haven't gone to the movies much over the year but I do really like going! I'm not much for horror or thriller type movies. I like sci fi, comedy and sometimes animated ones ***, marvel, elysium, monsters unversity, hunger games, studio ghibli)The last year or so I've just been massively busy with work and college that I just haven't had time to socialize and date so I'm trying get back to being a social person again. I do have multiple jobs (gov. Intern, army national guard, and a weekend am frieght job) and night school a couple nights a week. I'm willing and able to make time for the right person or people though. I don't have any pets currently. I'd love to get dog later on though! I don't understand the fun on intentionally getting drunk.I am a bit of a science geek. Currently I'm working on my bachelors degree in Information Technology specializing in Network Management. Figured since I enjoy my Guard job so much I should get a degree in it so I can continue to do it on the civilian side! Beside computers I also really like astronomy. I try to catch one or two meteor showers a year. As in what I like on a first date? I'm kind of a low key person. I enjoy a good meal or something where we can interact and chat (art shows, walks, bookstore, etc.).
