1.Talk about your hobbies.I like to keep fit, I crossfit regularly, I'm an all-weather runner, I enjoy going camping, hiking, kayaking etc when I can. I like to cook and bake and I put effort into eating healthy but I'm not obsessive. I play (read used to play) squash when I can find a partner and I (still) enjoy sci-fi movies and books. I love in depth debates, any topic. If I can win on pure logic that’s fantastic (and I will) and if I can learn new things to help me argue my point next time, that's even better. 2. I always am working to be more fit so my body can keep up with anything I throw at it. I want to go back to school but I don’t know what I want to research or even what degree I want -the technical vs. management vs. business vs other debate - I just know I'm not done learning, and probably never will be. 3.Talk about yourself and what makes you unique.I follow directions well. I like restaurants with short menus because I have trouble picking, everything usually just looks so delicious. I haven't been diving since I got it. 4.Describe your taste in music.I like music, and I’m super easy going with what is playing, but I’m hopeless with naming artists or songs. Don’t even try music trivia, you will get a blank look like when you say something to someone in a foreign language. If you would like to educate me, I welcome it! Songza is the best thing that happened to my music listening habits. If I am picking the tunes its probably oldies, country or indie. I have trouble carrying on a conversation if I am in a car with music playing, somehow I just get distracted. I like daytime dates, maybe we can have lunch and a walk around the sea wall. How about something spontaneous? What are you doing right now? Lets meet up at your favorite coffee shop and see how it goes.     Maybe I'm not the classic girl you're looking for. But unlike a lot of what you find I'm not just a shallow puddle. If I talk to you I'm probably actually interested in getting to know you. I love camping and fishing and getting out in the mud, I'm really not afraid of dirt, although with at toddler it's kind of hard to be. I really like independent movies like Hesher and Daydream Nation. I love scary movies but I need someone to watch them with. I'm very interested in religion and spirituality. I find the farther East you go, the more realistic religious ideals become (to a point). I want to travel one day, see Europe and Asian and parts of Africa. I really don't like doing these things because I find I run out of things to say very quickly. On a first date, I would like to do something where we can actually talk. We could take a drive or get a coffee, you could show me your favourite hang out or we could even just go for a walk. But I want to actually get to know you on the first date. I want to hear about that person at work who drives you crazy or how you like your steak or do you even eat steak.
