I'm a goofy, sweetheart of a single mother with a five year old son who lives primarily with his father.I enjoy local band venues, some drinking, some gaming, and spending time with my close friends and family.I'm a gamer nerd who isn't obsessed but enjoys PS3 games, card and board games, and talk about movies and tv shows with wit and comedy.     1.Talk about your hobbies.I like to keep fit, I crossfit regularly, I'm an all-weather runner, I enjoy going camping, hiking, kayaking etc when I can. I like to cook and bake and I put effort into eating healthy but I'm not obsessive. I play (read used to play) squash when I can find a partner and I (still) enjoy sci-fi movies and books. I like restaurants with short menus because I have trouble picking, everything usually just looks so delicious. I haven't been diving since I got it. 4.Describe your taste in music.I like music, and I’m super easy going with what is playing, but I’m hopeless with naming artists or songs. Don’t even try music trivia, you will get a blank look like when you say something to someone in a foreign language. If you would like to educate me, I welcome it! Songza is the best thing that happened to my music listening habits. If I am picking the tunes its probably oldies, country or indie. I have trouble carrying on a conversation if I am in a car with music playing, somehow I just get distracted. I like daytime dates, maybe we can have lunch and a walk around the sea wall. How about something spontaneous? What are you doing right now? Lets meet up at your favorite coffee shop and see how it goes.     Maybe I'm not the classic girl you're looking for. But unlike a lot of what you find I'm not just a shallow puddle. If I talk to you I'm probably actually interested in getting to know you. I love camping and fishing and getting out in the mud, I'm really not afraid of dirt, although with at toddler it's kind of hard to be. I am terrified of driving very fast but that is a story you could ask me about. I need to be in control when it comes to cars. As long as I have a baby sitter I'm willing to try something new. I really like independent movies like Hesher and Daydream Nation. I love scary movies but I need someone to watch them with. I'm very interested in religion and spirituality. I find the farther East you go, the more realistic religious ideals become (to a point). I want to travel one day, see Europe and Asian and parts of Africa. I really don't like doing these things because I find I run out of things to say very quickly. On a first date, I would like to do something where we can actually talk. We could take a drive or get a coffee, you could show me your favourite hang out or we could even just go for a walk. But I want to actually get to know you on the first date. I want to hear about that person at work who drives you crazy or how you like your steak or do you even eat steak.
