About Me

I graduated with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Science Education, with a Biology Concentration. I just landed my first full-time teaching job as a high school biology teacher. I am extremely excited to begin this new path in life!In college I was on the track and field team. I throw the discus, shot, hammer and weight. I was the Southern Conference champion in the discus. I love sports--playing and watching. I enjoy playing fantasy football too. Besides sports, I enjoy traveling, especially to tropical places. I have been on 10 cruises to a variety of different places and look forward to the next one. In my free time I like to go to the bar to have a drink and play trivia, spend time with family and friends and be active. I am very extroverted and optimistic. I definitely see the glass half-full.
