Lol I’ve been on this site off and on for about a year and a half now, and I’ve had some great experiences and some not-so-great experiences (read: horror stories!). Obviously, I’m still looking for Mr. Right, since here I am creating yet another profile, lol. I decided to join meetville in hopes of eventually finding the man of my dreams, but until that happens, I’m enjoying dating, meeting new people, and trying new things.So, a little about me…I’m a full-time student pursuing my doctorate degree in pharmacy, and I’m the mother to 3 fantastic kids, ages 12, 10, and 6. I also work part-time. Clearly, I am a busy woman, lol, but I make sure to carve out time for fun and relaxation. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking, baking, reading, and traveling (there are SO many places on my “to go to” list!). Of course, I have many other interests, too, but I’ve got to leave something for you to ask me about during our first few conversations, lol. :-) I love listening to music, and I like just about everything from classic country to hip hop. My favorite band of all time would have to be Aerosmith. They rock!! I’ve also come to love Jason Mraz’s music, too. His music is somewhat unique in this day and age, and a lot of his songs really speak to my soul. After I graduate, I’’ I would describe myself as someone who has a great sense of humor, is intelligent, thoughtful, compassionate, honest, loyal, giving (almost to a fault), optimistic, and romantic. The list of adjectives doesn’t end there, but I already feel like I’m writing an infomercial on myself…Now, a little bit about you…The guy I’m looking to spend time with reflects all the awesome qualities I just listed about myself ;-) and he must love kids. I would also love to find someone who shares some of my interests, so we could experience those things together. I think it’s important, too, though, that we have some varied interests to help keep things spicy and to give us plenty to talk about at the end of the day. Speaking of talking, I really enjoy being able to converse with someone special, whether it’s just joking around and shooting the breeze or having a deeper, more meaningful conversation. Also, it’s very important to me that we share similar values and beliefs, including religious beliefs. Ultimately, I’m looking for the man that I don’t want to live without. He’s my best friend, and he loves and cherishes me just as much as I love and cherish him. I'm a homebody, most comfortable on the couch watching TV. Nope sorry, I don't like to travel as so many of you guys seem to but maybe that will change one day. I enjoy going to rock/metal concerts and sometimes waiting to meet the band afterwards. I'm sarcastic, curse like a sailor and love to laugh. I'm empathetic, says it like it is, I'm a guys girl and have lots of guy friends, and a big animal lover. Some people make fun of me for being more upset when an animal gets hurt in a movie then when a person gets killed. I say the person probably deserved it ;) I could care less about politics and religion. I'm not in to sports but I don't mind watching a football or baseball game if it's on. I Love going to Yankee games even though I don't know much about players and stats. I miss the 80s and 90s and if I could go back in time to '93 at the age I am now I would. I listen to rock/metal and anything 80s or early 90s where I can say "Oh my God I remember this song!"I work in a special ed (emotional/educational needs) preschool as a substitute teacher and have dealt with chairs being thrown, biting, kicking... and people love to ask me "so does this make you not want to have kids?" The surprising answer in no, I actually really want them now! Yes I'm heavyset and yes I'm in the process of losing weight and if you don't like my fluff well good luck to you sir, your loss.
