I'm a classy girl, quite sophisticated when out of my chef whites... I like to get fancy and go out on the town. I amItalian to the core, love food and good wine. My family is Milanese and Napoletan.I love to travel, I lived in Europe for a couple of months working in an Osteria and attending culinary school. I am a chef which means I work a lot and have a passion for food. I'm vegan and vegetarian friendly as I've learned to bake and cook for friends and myself on my vegan binges. I'm not a crazy PETA member or anything; it's just great learning to make use of different ingredients and making it taste wonderful. After all, isn't that what a chef does?
