Hello l!! - How are you doing today?? I am enjoying this part of my life and I am a Half glass full kinda girl, which is a great way to look at life.I am told that I am a positive person and a good listener. (trust me, I like to talk too) I have started taking care of myself the last few months, watching my food and exercising. I never knew this would be enjoyable. No worries, I am not fanatical about it, I am just enjoying my new outlook and like how I feel. I have two wonderful daughters that are all grown up and doing their own thing, so now its my turn. I work in an office where I do the Payroll. I really like my job.I am looking for someone who I can be myself around - easy going, laid back and who will laugh with me.I haven't made it out to many places but am eager to check out my surroundings.I would like to go out to an Express game, a concert, comedy club or nice dinner. :) My all time favorite type of music is Country. I enjoy some good ole Rock and Roll. I hate to say it, but i do like Reality TV - but not to worry, I have a DVR, so tv is never more important.I am going to list a few things i'd like to do this year. . I have been here for 7 years and live close to Lake Travis - but haven't done much on the lake. I went tubing on the Comal which I enjoyed a lot and would like to go again!! I recently went to Shooters and listened toYeah actual food :) my dinner tonite... two small shrimp. live music and LoVEd it! It was an 80's band and I really enjoyed it. Would love to have someone to go with!!All in all I'm looking to find someone great to hang out with and go from there. :) I am okay with keeping it simple. Meet for coffee, tea or even some frozen yogurt. :)Going out for a nice meal would be nice too.

I have a really good sense of humor. I like to joke around and be playful, but I have my serious times, too. I can have a rousing discussion on lots of subjects - not to the point where it turns into an argument, though. I'm a very affectionate person and look forward to sharing that with the right man. I really like pro football and college basketball. My inner child is still intact, so I enjoy sprint-karting or going places like amusement parks; there's nothing like a good roller-coaster to get me laughing. Spare time? What makes me different than anyone else...well the fact that I am ME of course :)I enjoy camping and kayaking, days at the shore, evenings on the couch with a good book, movie, or mindless sitcoms. I'm free spirited, down to earth, with my head in the clouds and my feet on the ground. My family and friends are an important part of me and I enjoy spending time with them whenever we are all available. I have a small circle of friends and a rectangle of acquaintances, I like it that way. I like to believe that those close to me know me to be a good friend, listener, partner in crime, a little bit goofy and fun to be with. I'm not into the bar or club scene and would like the same in a partner. I don't mind going out to those places now and again, just not every weekend, or very often. I believe honesty and mutual respect are important foundations for a relationship to build on. Communication is key.I won't be impressed by what you have, but by who you are, how you treat others as well as how you treat yourself. I'm not looking for perfection, as I am far from perfect, I'm just looking for someone perfect for me. I'd rather skip the first date and move to the second...then there's less awkwardness! I believe a good first date would be a walk in the park, or on the beach, to talk and listen and learn..to make it to that easier second date :)
