I must say I'm pretty happy with life right now, really liking the direction things are going. What I'd really like now is to find a fun companion to share it with. I really enjoy having stimulating conversations with my friends about any topic, and would hope I could find someone who likes the same. I like to drink a tasty beer at a dive bar, head out on the boat with my friends, maybe play a video game to wind down at the end of the day. I like to sleep in when it rains, and if I'm cuddled up with my lady its even better...living the dream!I have never been one to like any particular physical traits on a woman. For me, attraction is important. As is personality and sense of humor. Looking for someone fun loving, who does not take life too seriously, can let loose and be silly, yet still knows what is important. Currently looking for someone to date, and if things work out, something long term down the road. I'm a big fan of lunch and a stroll around a museum. I have not been to the Dali museum in a while..that would be nice. Maybe afterwards hit up a craft beer bar, drink some tasty suds and get to know each other better.

Ironically, we just did one of those exercises at work where people are asked to think of descriptions of their co-workers, then write it down on an index card and put it in their mailbox. So, I will read you some of the descriptions: Funny/Hilarious (I got this a lot), Happy (a couple of these), Intellectual/Intelligent (several of these), Joy to be around, Dedicated (I try)...and my favorite response was "a great singer!" I think that one may have been tongue-in-cheek...since I am a compulsive singer.;Foodie" (I appreciate fine food in great restaurants), conversations over a pint, films, ideas, and nature! I have a soft spot for '80s music...the cornier the better. I love Jazz...the real kind, not the elevator music. Love HBO TV shows, NetFlix, eating popcorn at the movies, sitting by my fireplace on a cold night, good conversation with a witty/pretty girl. What we do on our first date isn't very important...it's how we interact, whether we "click", whether you laugh at my jokes, whether we find each other attractive (mentally and physically)...that's what matters.
