"Guys wait for the perfect girl, Playboy's fault...;With the overload of guys all messaging the same women on this thing, how does one stand out? I'm hoping poetry is the answer. Here goes...I'll welcome you to read my poetic profile,and don't have to tell you, this took me a while.You will certainly see I’ve got the gift of a rhyme,and hope you're impressed that I put in the time.For me, being on here began with a wish,but now I'm quite sick of this Plenty of Fish.All I really want is one really cool girl,so I remain on here, thought I'd give it a whirl.But I'm finding hurt women in need of a fix,and that most of the men I'm told think with their d***s.I've tried writing profiles that were witty when read,but the women they attracted were like a gun to my head.I’m finding it difficult, in breaking the ice,because no one seems interested, and no one seems nice.I'm tempted to ask if a pick up line works,or if they give the impression that men are all jerks.I know everyone has "want lists" and personal taste,but I’ve been putting in effort. Here's me in a nutshell... In addition, I recently completed an accounting designation, which will enhance and further my career. I enjoy playing and watching sports, but also enjoy a night out taking in the arts, like museums, plays, etc, pretty much anytthing but opera (I have limits...lol). One of my favorite interests is anything to do with the outdoors (primarily in the spring and summer, when it is nice), for example, hiking, camping, playing a little golf, Ultimate Frisbee, soccer, pretty much anything. In fact, there is nothing better then camping in the mountains, where you can smell the fresh mountain air, see the gorgeous stars in the sky, relax in front of the fire with great friends... Awesome! I hope to share these interests with someone special, and experience your interests as well.I know the question always comes up (or is at least thought of), why are you on POF? Well, I am on here because I am looking for a relationship, simple as that. Although finding someone is proving difficult. I have put my trust in the Lord to guide toward that one special girl that He wants me to be with. However, I should be proactive as well, eh? Since I am established in my career, and in my own circle of friends, I find it difficult to meet new people. Hence, meetville. Plus recent stats show most relationships are formed from meeting online, so why not give it a try. Without God in my life, I truly do not know where I would be. He guided me, taught me, and touched my heart during the highs and the lows in my life. Therefore, because my faith is so important to me, I am looking for someone who is religious as well.e. communication, trust, honesty, love) that a couple who prays together, stays together. That we share a faith in God the Father. I adore my family and friends. At risk of sounding conceited, my friends have described me as someone who is positive, sweet, always smiling and laughing, kind, and very loyal. I can be quiet and reserved by nature, especially at first, but I will do open up when I get to know someone.There is a lot about me I would be happy to share, all you have to do is ask, or see it for yourself if we spend some time together. I feel that good communication, along with mutual respect, trust and having fun are the keys to a solid relationship.I would like to find someone who is interested in travelling, learning new things, teaching me the things they've learned and sharing a lifetime of intimate moments together. I have a wide range of tastes in activities and am always up for trying something new or taking a drive with no specific destination in mind. I take things in stride and am not too concerned with planning out the details beforehand, although I can come up with a plan in a heartbeat to suit any situation.
