Ever feel unsure about creating one of these profiles? That is where I am at right now, not sure if the timing is right but unable to quell that hopefulness that comes with putting yourself out there and letting the universe lead you. But for the time being all this awesome is wrapped in a larger package, it's still an attractive, bubbly, fun package just bigger than some like and that's okay. I work for the Feds and love it, have an awesome view of the Sound from my desk and get to hang out with friends at lunch so I have no complaints there. Although to grow my career I will have to look at other agencies, but in due time. I am on the downslope of recovering from a nasty broken ankle that took me out of commission for about half a year, now I am getting back into shape by starting a ***Day Challenge that I'm really excited about but limits my socializing to activity based outings and not food based.I am a science fiction geek and love playing games, board and card games especially. I go to Emerald City Comicon every year, it is so much fun!I love my bicycle and am starting an organic container garden this year. My babies are getting so big already! I paint, write and create jewelry when I can, although my days are filled with soil, pots and battling squirrels over turf right now. Reading > TV although I am hooked on Game of Thrones and Dr. Who.I like Desi, Asian and Latino boys best but like to keep options open. Smart, funny, geeky helps; we need to talk about stuff and I don't follow celebrity gossip or inane subjects like that. I am looking for someone who can accept me as I am now but will be supportive as I start running him ragged as the ankle gets stronger and I slim down. I would prefer local, but am open to someone else in the US if he is able to meet and spend time. I'm not looking for online romance, I want to be able to caress a cheek and share a laugh in person. Well, I'm the one that will restore your faith in love and in women. I keep hearing men talk about some of the women they've dated and it just shocks me. We're very close but obviously, he has his own life now.FYI: Not interested in long-distance relationship - To me, a great first date is a museum or fair (especially an art fair). It allows you to walk around and chat comfortably and yet fill in the "uncomfortable silences" that sometimes occur, with comments about the fair or museum exhibits. And of course, you'll know the first date was a success when you have NO CLUE about the exhibits you just walked past for an hour... :-)
