I don't really care for describing my personality, it's impossible to not come off as boastful or selling yourself short. I'd prefer having the conversation and get to know someone rather than reading in generalities about them. Basics about me though: Honest, loyal, thoughtful, open-minded, educated and intelligent, fun with a witty sense of humor. I'd consider myself a gentleman and a good person but definitely not a push over. Kindness is not a weakness, don't test it. Lying is not ok in my book, the way I see it is if you feel the need to lie about something, chances are you shouldn't be doing it. Be real; Be straight up. I treat people the way they treat me so if you treat me great it will be reciprocated. I'd rather much get along and have a good time than deal with games or needless drama but I'm also someone that will be there through thick and thin if I care about you. I'm fun and like being playful but I also know when I need to be serious too. Ultimately I'd like to find someone that I don't want to be without but I'm fine on my own too and not looking to jump right into anything, I prefer to not have expectations and let things just come together. That's not to say I'd hold back if things felt right but certainly not looking to force anything. I firmly believe that a healthy relationship is built on friendship, it's important that we enjoy one another's company.

Where to start? I'm working on about 10 years at my job, and for the most part I enjoy what I do. I like to be able to work with my hands and step back and see a job well done. I am a capable cook. I like trying new things out just to see if I can do it. But I can't bake to save my a***. Gimme a nice steak on the grill, a baked potato, and a beer on a hot summer day and I'll be a happy camper. I prefer a dive bar with live music to a club any day. In my mind I would like to try skydiving but I'm afraid I'd chicken out at the door, lol, maybe I'll get a running start. I have always enjoyed the mythology of the region and the history. I'm a summer/fall type of guy. I like the BBQ's and bonfires, days at the lakes, trips up north, road trips that really didn't have a purpose but to get lost, good friends and close family.
