Don't really know what to say that makes me stand out and make me look interesting! I'm sincere, honest with a great sense of humour. I like going out for dinner and having a few sociables. I'm not into clubbing, way too old, mind you having said that my arm has been twisted on many the occasion and I have danced the socks of myself but I try and refrain now. I love nights in now cuddled up with a nice bottle of wine in front of fire with the wolly socks on (sorry but I love warmth and comfort) I try and kip fit and I use the term "try" very loosely! I started running this year and love it but don't do it as much as I should. I like any type of music, from dance to classial. I'd like to think I'm broadminded and I love laughing, really nothing can top a good belly laugh. I'm into amateur dramatics and have taken to the stage from time to time! I love to travel but don't get to do it as much these days. I like reading and will read anything, it has to interest me though from the first couple of pages or if it doesn't, it gets binned. After a 17 yr marriage, it's time to rediscover myself. I have two amazing teenagers who keep me busy. But now, it's time to squeeze in some fun for myself, in between my busy lifestyle with my kids. I've been separated for nearly 10 months (although I've been emotionally separated for many years) and am ready to move on with my life. What am I interested in? Maybe I should first list what I'm not interested in: old men with beer guts, biker dudes, farmers and cowboys, heavily tattooed men with ear gauges, fat men, men with long-hair, ZZ Top beards, men with gold teeth, nerds. Things I like to do: I love to sing, go dancing, and love sporting events, except for NASCAR (which isn't a sport). I love running or playing anything competitive.! I'm a determined ball of fire and can compete with the best! What I want: I want a relationship with someone who is mature, respectful, full of conversation, even-tempered, accepting of my kids (ages 12 & 15), stable, passionate and attractive to me. No relationship should ever be exhausting. BTW, I'm learning that when men state they are "wanting a relationship," most of the time, that means a sexual relationship only. And I'm not interested in that alone. In addition, I am NOT looking for just a hot sexting/phone sex relationship. I deserve a real dating relationship that could potentially grow into something more. Anything less than that is not acceptable. Favorite music: R&B, pop music, smooth jazz, blues, contemporary Christian music. Turn-offs: Stupidity; excessively tattooed bodies; excessive facial hair; smokers; improper English (it's "you were", not "you was"); quiet men; hot tempers; lying; extremely hairy bodies; outdoorsmen; out-of-shape men; cowboys. In addition, if you don't know how to spell your profession, you're probably not going to be a good match. It's supervisor, not superviser. Also, note in a previous sentence how I used your and you're properly. ;-)Postscript: Messaging me for the first time "Mmmmm..." does not make a good first impression. And neither does the generic introduction, "Hi, how are you today?" Nor does the question, "Had any luck on here?" Be creative and make me smile! Please give me a reason to leave this site behind!
