Actually, I enjoy hiking, working-out, and dancing. I'm a foreign film buff, can’t live without my Kindle, and totally get into home improvement projects. It would be nice to meet somewhere the two of us could talk and get to know each other without it being too noisy or too secluded. It's always good to meet for coffee or a glass of wine and see where that leads. But doing something fun and active like hiking or bowling is also a great way to get to know someone new and it takes the pressure off the one-on-one vibe but it stills lends itself to conversation. I love going to movies, plays, and concerts, but I wouldn't advise that for a first time date; it's safe, but it doesn't allow you to get to know anything about your date.
