If the conversation is great or even good, if our time together seems to flow and not feel pressured, if we leave not wanting the conversation to end we should arrange a 2nd meeting - the real first date. If the opposite is true and you don't think I am a good fit for you, I'd prefer for you just to be upfront with me, and I'll do the same.
