Well, here I sit wondering where to begin talking about myself.Geez, it's so much easier I think to describe someone else other than trying to write about yourself. But here goes...I've procrastinated enough..I have been divorced for 3 years now and unfortunately, would have preferred that I didn't have that on my resume of life but it is what it is. I believe everything happens for a reason and that obviously, there is someone else out there better for me.I am a confident woman who is very outgoing and social. I love meeting new people and having a great time. I'm always up to trying new things and I enjoy getting all dolled up for my man. However, I can grab a pair of flip flops and pull my hair in a pony tail and go if it's a casual kind of day.I believe that it’s important to have morals and a strong character, and most importantly, to be upfront and honest. I’ve never been much for playing games in relationships, of any kind. I find myself to be a hopeless romantic who believes in lasting love. I love a true gentleman and I liked to be chased :-)I am a die hard Longhorn fan who loves my UT Longhorns! Though it doesn't have to be a first date, I have always wanted (and it's still on my Bucket List), to ride in a hot air balloon and then have dinner by the lake afterwards...

    well here we go......I am a 35 year old single mom of a wonderful little boy. We have a dog, a cat and a fish. I am a hard worker and can usually "get it done" when I need to. I love to do yard work. I always end up throwing and stacking the firewood with the people I hire to bring it to me. With that though I am a very girly girl and work in a fancy women's clothing boutique. I LOVE flowers, getting pedicures and massages but love camping and going to the river and long drives up in the woods drinking beers. I can cook pretty good and love to bake during the holidays. I love to hang out and spend time with my family and close friends. I would almost always choose a night in with a movie and dinner in our jammies then a night out and about, but I will always require special "date" nights out together with my special someone. My son has a very good dad that he sees regularly and I am not looking for a daddy for him. I need someone that can respect and love me so that my son sees how a healthy relationship works. My special someone needs to be a friend to my son and support how I raise him and the rules I set for him. I am always a good listener and would respect your opinions and ideas if you are someone in a serious relationship with me and have parenting ideas to bring to the table. I am pretty open minded and love meeting all kinds of people. I believe I have a gift of compassion for people and can usually see the good side of most people, and even if someone is really different in societies eyes I can find a wonderful part of them that alot can't see. Some would call it a downfall but I think its a good thing. Oh and I love to sing and dance in the morning when I am home alone and noone is watching LOL.....seriously....and I have been told I am silly and goofy before. Coffee or drinks......walk by the river.....pretty open as far a a date goes. I just want both of us to feel comfy on the first date and not feel alot of pressure
