About Me

I work a lot so it is hard for me to meet people, other than business acquaintances. I try to stay in shape and I enjoy working out- it allows me to unwind and think.I love doing fun thing, i.e. Six Flags, Ranger's Games, bowling, putt putt, but it is also nice to stay in, cook & watch a movie.I am hooked on True Blood, American Horror Story & Game of Thrones. My favorites of all time = Family Guy or Tosh.O... hilariousness all over the place.I love Mexican food and drink coffee, with creamer, all the time...yum. I love dogs, especially my two. They are my kiddos. I'm always down for arts & crafts and really enjoy painting or any type of DIY project. Did I mention I love the 80s!!? Music that is... I'm a sucker for a man with wit because I love to laugh and my friends make fun of the sounds that I make when I laugh (not very nice)...By nature I am a nurturer, which is why I love my job in the hospitality industry. I like to make people happy & will go above and beyond to make that happen.I believe that passion should shape a person's existence, no matter which road they may choose to take. Hands down, sushi for dinner and then I'm open to just about anything. If sushi is not your style, I am also a steak lover- medium rare. If you eat it well done then you are crazy and should eat a burger ***

********so guys gonna have to do better than just hi or one or two statements about my eyes or smile and please show some depth, I KNOW you have some! You can mention these things but not have that be the entirety of ***********I work full-time with people with developmental disabilities and autism. I am also attending IUPUI to get my BA in Psychology with a certificate in case management, yep I want to work with people on the Medicaid Autism/DD waiver so I will be super rich LOL!I love dogs but don't have any right now, allergic to cats. After divorce had to move back into parent's house due to debt but working on it awhile now(without filing bankruptcy)! Don't have kids because not ready yet nor found the right person yet.I feel blessed to have a second start even though I am second hand goods, trust me they got a remodel:) I love learning and hope to never stop doing such. Looking for someone willing to put up with my crazy schedule and kinda abnormal living situation.I love to read and watch Stargate often. Also not**** but want some who I can have an intelligent conversation with so if you don't have an open mind or aren't willing to ever learn or look at your opinions differently, I know we will not get along.I have had a bad experience dating someone with kids so its not a deal breaker but I am more hesitant. Rather you be aware then waste your time and want to introduce me right away. I think a perfect date is one of those you have with somebody you are already in a relationship with. First dates are pretty much interviews. They are successful not by what you do, but by the level of interaction and chemistry you have with the other person.

Goodness. Write about me. I suppose I once thought there were rules to follow but 27 years and 16 countries later, I no longer know if there are rules. If there, I'm sure I am not following them. I do know that I am a believer. I do not necessary mean in God. Belief, for me, is an end to itself. I believe in people – individually and as a whole. I believe in love and silliness and the inevitability of death and taxes. I believe in things whole-heartedly, because if we cannot do that, we might just as well give up. I believe in bright colors and movement and the ability to shape your reality. Each morning, I believe that it will be a beautiful day, and the vast majority of the time, I believe right. I am fierce New Yorker but I did not expect to return here now. A combination of ties and circumstances have brought me back to the waters I once called home. The moon pulls the tides, I suppose. I have way too many craft supplies, and a dangerous proclivity towards kitsch. I love my library card. I have rested my head on tigers in Thailand, and had homeless children in Chile rest theirs’ on me. I have lived spent two years in an African mud hut. I spent five months driving in a van across the country, talking about extreme poverty with anyone who would listen. When I try to sum up my life, I am can do no better than to borrow from a favorite e.e. I come here because so many others have, and I am intrigued by the forums that allow us to connect in a world where iBubbles have displaced intimacy. Our lives have so much cynicism as it is, but like I mentioned, I believe. Scrabble in a coffee shop. Or you know, drinks or something.
