I've been out of the dating scene a long time. just looking to see if anyone captures my interest. I read, write and cook. Here are some of my dislikes: I don't respond to many messages simply due to not being on here long enough right now. I also won't respond to less than intelligent conversations such as "Sup?" "Phone sex?" "So..." I'm not comfortable dating men more than ***years older than myself. I don't date pot heads, heavy drinkers or smokers. I don't see the appeal of getting wasted and complaining all the next day that it hurts.I can hang out and have a few drinks on occasion though. I won't date a man without a good job. I don't need a man to support me I work hard all on my own, but I am NOT going to support you either. I have standards and am not willing to lower them. This makes me sound high maintenance but I really am laid back! I enjoy fishing, hiking, camping, football, hunting, movie nights, love the gym, cooking, baking, and am a HUGE nerd. To save you the question, "What makes you a nerd?" I love Star Wars( Han DIDN'T shoot first. He's the only one to shoot at all!), Star Trek( Yes, it's ok to love both), video games (Halo 4 kicked serious butt), and comic ( I collect Walking Dead when I have time to go). For those of you who have no idea what any of the above references are then we probably won't get along. I constantly throw pop culture references and movie quotes around. :) I am fiercely loyal, independent, sarcastic, despise drama, car nut, I love the idea of the beach, but the Irish in me says, "No." I'm proud of many heritages.
