I'm an energetic person who values a healthy, active lifestyle. I have *** fitness classes for over 25 years and feel privileged that I can share this passion with others. Running makes me happy and I have participated in several road races over the last 10 years. It's safe to say that I am most comfortable in fitness apparel and running shoes. Family and friends are valued above all else (duh, that's a given). I have 2 great kids. I'm friendly, approachable and enjoy meeting new people.I would find it difficult to live without my morning coffee, my evening glass of wine, and my iPhone (I have daily panics when I misplace it.)My favorite vacation would include the sun, sand and the sound of the surf, but I also love hiking in the Rockies and want to travel more.Music preferences include Top 40; Hip Hop...yeah , I'm not going to apologize for that; and reggae...Mmmmm, island beats mon.Comedy would be my top choice for movies, television, and books.
