About Me

I've been single nearly 10 years and have two children***and 21. I have a degree in Science and am certified to teach Prek-8th grades. I have never landed a career in either field I went to school for--not for lack of looking and trying. I guess you can say it's not my time or that I haven't yet found my niche. I use to let it bother me but now I'm just enjoying living the life God has blessed me with; and am very well-rounded to say the least. I have been with my current company for nearly 13 years. It's not my cup of tea, per se, but I only work three days a week so I can't really complain. My passions are music, children, God, nature, helping others, and health and fitness. Yes, I have faith and it is a part of my every day life, so if that bothers you, then no need to read any further. I am also a health and fitness coach and plan on getting my certifications in nutrition and personal training. I am 5"4" and weigh ***pounds. I have ***more pounds to lose but will get there eventually. I absolutely love working out. One of my favorite past times is hiking. It's just hard to find people to do the same and whose schedule is inline with mine. I am about the most honest person you will ever meet--a little overly so at times. I have no problem giving someone my opinion. I am a no bs kinda gal but I am really sweet underneath at all (if you can bring it out of me). I have no tolerance for rude, lazy, or *** But on a good note, I'm passionate, compassionate, intelligent, funny, quick-witted, high-spirited and adventurous. Yes, I want to be friends first, because to me, that is the root of what a meaningful, successful relationship should stem from.
