First I want to be upfront with this... Im not looking for hook ups. Sex is too easy to find. I'm enjoying the single life right now. My schedule is crazy and its much easier to not have to deal with the pressure of making someone else happy all the time. I guess if I found the right guy Id commit but so far I feel happier doing my thing and making friends. Seems impossible to find a guy that can handle friends and not more than that.I'm taking classes at St.; I have a minor in Psychology. As far as what I am looking for... Age matters; Rather no one over 33. I will never again date an alcoholic or junkie so dont put me through that torture. If you are over the club scene, that helps. Im not a partier. Movies, bowling, mini golf, sunset, beach, jet ski, comedy clubs, thats more my style. I like confidence in a guy, turn off to hear you criticize yourself. But no c0cky crap either. I like to go out with my friends and if you cant handle me having a life then dont waste my time. Im extremely loyal, never cheated and my man is the ONLY guy I think about or even flirt with. Another man doesnt cross my mind; Im devoted 100% to everything I put time into.. family, friends, work, school, relationships.

Well then, here we go - Hi!I'm mostly here to try out this "online dating" thing, so I'm figuring this out a bit as I go. Please don't mind the dust on this profile as I add to and update it. ;) I'm looking forward to seeing who all is out there on this kind of site.I love traveling (4 countinents to go), I embrace my geeky side (Yoda and Dumbledore are two of the great philosophers of our time, no?), I express my creativity mostly through handicrafts (far too many things on the to-do list), I enjoy reading and learning about anything that catches my interest (those interests can very wildly), and try to keep in touch with my inner child to keep life playful and fun (How's -that- for a run-on sentence?). I'm pretty easy going as a general rule, and the oddest combination of introverted by nature but eager for adventures and new experiences (I'm not sure how to describe that - guess you'll have to figure that one out on your own!).I think that should be enough to figure out whether saying "hi" sounds like a good idea, without rambling on too much about every little thing or trying to psychoanalize myself and spoil getting to know each other. :) I'm actually surprised I wrote this much so easily - I tend to be a bit shy at first with new people. I guess the screen between me and the mysterious 'you' helps out a bit! :)(If you'd like to talk, please message me - you're much more likely to get a reply than just by doing the meetville equivalent of "hitting like" (e.g. adding as favourite or just clicking "want to meet"), because then I know you actually -do- want to say hi. That helps. As flattering as someone 'wanting to meet' based only on a picture may be on one level, it's not really a basis for a good conversation, never mind a potential relationship! :P)
