Hello there reader! Thanks for viewing my profile. First~I want to say that I am giving this site one last chance and then I'm giving up on the on-line dating scene. I'm crossing my fingers. I only ask that in your pictures you don't have your children in them, are holding your ex and have cut her out obviously, have your shirt off or half naked while showing off your biceps, blowing smoke into the camera or giving it the finger. I can find a tool bag anywhere, but I'm on here to find something real. So with that said~my feelings about things have changed, priorities as well. Things that seemed so important before just aren't. I just want to keep it simple and uncomplicated. I've actually found that it can be the man that makes it more dramatic~so to clarify-no drama. I'm a short red head that is divorced with an eleven year old daughter that is my replica. She is the mini-me that completes me. ;) Her father & I, my ex-husband, get along wonderfully. We were silly & got married just way toooo young. It was a drama-free separation~ which is helpful to a young child's mind.My parents live here on the cape and help a lot with babysitting my daughter while I go to work. She stays with her father every weekend. My job has taken a big part of mine, so I think it's time to get a life. I'm a waitress at a very busy restaurant & house cleaner year round and am looking for something more stable for my daughter & I. My top priorities have been working family and going to the gym has been my outlet. Thank God!Honestly~I would like to be excited about someone. I like a wide range of music except country. Let me repeat myself~ No Country Music! Now as for my goals in life~ I'd love to own a restaurant or manage one. I've managed before and was great *** it. Going to wine tastings and traveling to wineries are right up my alley. I'm fascinated when I watch the Food Network because I want to travel and experienced all the different types of food in different countries. About me, well, I am a single mom of 2 boys, ages 11 and 9. They are my life...if you can't except that then don't bother contacting me. I am all they have and I am raising them on my own. My favorite kinds of music are metal, rock, country and punk rock. I like to go camping, hiking and being outdoors in general...prefer the lake over the beach.; A Haunting. I like documentaries about haunted places. The Crow is my absolute favorite movie. Other movies I like are House of ***Corpses, Devil's Rejects, Strangeland and Apocalypto. I watch mostly horror, suspense, action and comedies. I hate romantic comedies/chick flicks!! I enjoy shooting pool, going bowling, amusements parks, concerts, seeing local bands and cooking/baking. I am always up for trying new things. Favorite kinds of food are American, Italian, Chinese, Mexican, Peruvian, etc. I will pretty much try anything except seafood. Few times I have tried it wasn't crazy about it at all. Chocolate peanut butter is my all time favorite ice cream and Reeses' is by far my favorite candy. I love chocolate covered pretzels, too. Not a big fan of sweets but those are my weakness. I collect things with wolves on them, roses, Celtic crosses, wizards, dragons, water/snow globes, and yes, teddy bears. I am looking for someone with similiar interests as me to do things with. Would be nice to get to know someone and see where it goes from there. I definitely want a serious relationship but do not want to rush into anything either. Have had no luck meeting anyone that there is some kind of connection with and wants the same things I do. A guy who listens to the same kind of music I do is a definite plus and I do prefer guys with tattoos.

I have an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies, which I do not use in my current job. I have worked for the same company for 13 years, working 4 ten hour days. You shouldn't have to change your beliefs, morals, or priorities for anyone. I am set in my ways and I believe I have my head on straight. My son comes first. My family comes first. You just have to decide which person is the right person in your eyes, and conquer them. Invest your time and energy because that shows you care. Actions DO speak louder than words. Everything isn't going to just happen magically every single time. You will not agree on every single thing for the rest of your lives. I think the key is consideration, compromise, and agree to disagree. It's ok to disagree. No two people are exactly alike in this world. Remember, opposites attract ;) Something where we can talk to each other and enjoy ourselves.
