If you read nothing else about me, know this:Those who know me best will tell you that I'm girly yet gutsy, intelligent yet silly, and bold yet reserved. they'd probably mention I'm stubborn, and a shameless goof.That sounds about right.I'll add that I like to think myself adventurous and curious. I enjoy both simple pleasures, as well as elaborate schemes - I love the outdoors as much as I love technology, and I ask random questions about things on my mind. I like to get dressed up and feel pretty, but I also don't mind getting my hands dirty.I don't have cable, but I thrive on Netflix, RedBox, and Skyrim. I don't have time to read good books, so I listen to great ones. I love to dance in the kitchen, and sing in the car. I like good food, good company, and good conversation.Oh, and you'll want me on vocals if we play GuitarHero. ;)Movies/Television:I tend to enjoy a wide variety of films, but I suppose my go to genres are either action or romantic comedy. So I enjoy Netflix like there is no tomorrow, and hunt down anything else online. I have no trouble naming my top 5 favorites, however:Game of ThronesDoctor WhoTrue BloodWalking DeadStar Trek: TNG / VoyagerTo kill time:I don't always play video games, but when I do... Ezio. Okay, assassins creed is a good one, but the latest addiction has been Skyrim. Also, Dragon Age: Origins is probably one of my favorite games ever. Also I enjoy audiobooks... And as cliche as it seems, writing at the coffee shop for hours on end is something I do frequently.*also, I hope you are fully aware that if you have a bathroom mirror shot in your portfolio of pictures, I will most certainly giggle at your expense, and/or roll my eyes. Mostly because, come on, really? *grin***also also, guys, lets be real for a second. If you message me, I think I'm entitled to a little more than 5 min to reply. Don't be a Richard. And definitely don't immediately message me with a "oh! You think you're too good for me?" Or a "guess not..." Or a "took one look at my profile and decided no, huh?" That's the best way to guarantee I won't respond.***Aaaand if you're still with me this far, be aware that I like to commit my attention to one person at a time. I just like to familiarize myself with a good personality rather than dive into a handful of random conversations. If I'm talking to you, you've piqued my interest, but please be patient with me... The grown-up real world and its obligations suck my free time sometimes... I fully expect a romantic dinner at a 5-star restaurant with the soft serenade of a single violin. You will pick me up at 8:00 sharp and offer me a bouquet of a dozen red roses. We will drink champagne in the limousine on the way, and you will be nothing short of the perfect gentleman all evening. ...I'm totally kidding. I'm pretty much game for anything; lunch, coffee, drinks, maybe something a little more creative? Laser tag? The zoo? Bonfire at the beach?I suppose now is as good a time as any to mention that I am expecting to gain friends FIRST from this site. Anything that grows from that should happen naturally. I like to learn about people, and hoard a collection of acquaintances and friends. The first time we get together, it will not be a date. I'd like to be clear on this. If there's a connection, if we click, or spark, or whatever they believe in these days- fan-freaking-tastic. But I have had enough of the awkward, painful, interview style meet ups. That said: *grin* surprise me.
