UPDATE: I've been on the site a year now. Wow. Thank you to all the wonderful folks I have met so far; some who remain pretty good friends. I'm very appreciative of that. While I do know there are the obvious downsides to being on a dating website (the liars, the cheaters, the game players, the "I say I'm athletic and toned, but I'm really ***pounds") there are some good and honest people mixed in. I have two grown boys, ages 24 and 25. They are successful and do not live near me anymore so I don't get to see them as often as I would like.
