UPDATE: I've been on the site a year now. Wow. Thank you to all the wonderful folks I have met so far; some who remain pretty good friends. I'm very appreciative of that. While I do know there are the obvious downsides to being on a dating website (the liars, the cheaters, the game players, the "I say I'm athletic and toned, but I'm really ***pounds") there are some good and honest people mixed in. Sorry if that sounds superficial, but both are a turn off. I take pride in taking care of myself physically although I'm not obsessed with it. I have two grown boys, ages 24 and 25. They are successful and do not live near me anymore so I don't get to see them as often as I would like.     I am pretty comfortable in my own skin these days. It's an amazing feeling. Life is good. Happiness is a choice and an inside job. You know...without sunglasses and close enough to let people see your face. Physical attraction is just one level of attraction, yes, but it is part of it.
