First things first, if you have no education beyond high school OR you have no inherent intellect (because education isn't everything) it's unlikely we're a match. If you care too little or too much (obsessive) about your health and appearance, it's unlikely we're a match. Also, I don't mean to offend anyone, but if you have everything in that hunter-like (the leaves, etc. not the military kind) camo in your wardrobe (this includes hats), we are very unlikely a match(again, this excludes those of u who are military). Call me what you will, but I know me and there's no point in wasting either of our time. And if that hasn't turned you away, :-), I'm a 40 year old, 5'3", professional woman, who is looking for the guy who wants to be with a fun, sexy, witty, and oh-so-charming mate. I love hanging out with old friends and always making new ones, but also enjoy alone time either with a glass of wine/bottle of beer, a book and my thoughts, or with someone important to me and some great conversation and goofing around. Make no mistake, I'm very serious, focused and determined most of the time, but really believe life is too short and we need to enjoy everyone and everything while we can; taking nothing for granted. I am someone you can share your deepest, darkest secrets with, as well as your dreams. Any of my friends and family will tell you that if you're a part of my life I'll do everything I can to be there for you. I'm looking for someone who is witty and not afraid of a challenge. Not to mention, a bit of a challenge for me. I enjoy clever banter with a partner to keep us both on our toes. I want to meet someone who loves to travel and learn new things. A handy guy is always welcome, but that never excludes the not-so-talented-with-a-hammer-but-knows-who-to-call guy! I'm looking for someone who enjoys life but also knows when to be serious. Someone who can, and will, share their thoughts is a must for me...not the "sappy" guy, but the one who isn't afraid to say what he thinks. As you well know, we women have many more things we are looking for, but I don't want to put you to sleep reading any more. Hopefully you're still with me and can get the fact that I'm worth checking out. Take care. How about a drink, see how it goes and move on from there. Maybe dinner, maybe more drinks, maybe some live music, maybe a ball game...

Thought I'd give this a try and see what happens. I am changing many things in my life and looking for new adventures/friendships/relationships.I believe honesty and a sense of humor are very important. If you can't laugh at yourself from time to time loosen up a little! I believe there is a great need for a sarcastic font! I am the type of person who is always willing to help out a friend. I have been described as "real"...which is true..I am who I say I am.I love kids, that's why I do what I do for a living. My family is the most important part of my life and my priority. I have two older boys, they are my world. I love going to the movies, but also enjoy staying in and watching a good flick. Comedy clubs/ Comedians are good for a night out. Love music..some of my favorites: Imagine Dragons, The Script, Staind, Goo Goo Dolls, 3 Doors Down...there are just too many to list. I enjoy reading almost anything from comic books, graphic novels, fiction, memoirs..you get the point. For fun I like to do a little bit of everything..dinner out, discovering new places, walks along the lake/river-walk, listening to live music, being with friends, movies, mini-golf, laser tag, go-karts, getting lost in a book store, I do play an occasional video game (you would probably win)...it's not so much what you do that matters, it's who you do it with...as long as you are both having fun enjoying each other's company all is good :) Last summer I went zip lining for the first time...loved it! Looking forward to going again. I will admit I failed at riding a segway...but maybe one day I will try it again.I'm not into the games that come along with dating. Let's be honest you aren't going to connect with everyone you meet and that's okay just don't be rude about it. As far as the just dating part of this...yes everything starts off as a date, of course if the right person comes along who wouldn't go with that. I've learned to never say never because you just don't know what will happen or who is out there. If you would like to know more or have a question let me know.Just came across this and thought it was a good saying."I may not be perfect but parts of me are pretty awesome." Be on Time!!!! Meeting for frozen yogurt, ice cream, coffee ( for the record I don't drink coffee but there are other things I can have while you have coffee) something simple like that, just in case there is no connection neither person feels trapped...just being honest.
