I expect people to be genuine and nice at all times, Even if you had a bad day it's still no excuse to yell at the waitress. Sad but Common courtesy seems to be rare these days. Also, I don't drink I am already silly enough :) I think a good first date should start with dinner. Cost is not a factor as long as some thought went behind it. One of my favorite first dates was getting a burger and shakes and eating it in the park and feeding the ducks. I also enjoy movies (even though most people think its a cope out) but honestly sometimes a cope out is needed and a you can learn a lot about someone like if they enjoy the movie, what they think is funny and what shocks them. If you pay attention you can really learn a lot about someone pretty quickly.
