I really think that the best way to get to know someone is in person. I don't mind chatting a bit, but have found that I have spent too much time with idle chit chat messaging and never really get a sense of who a person is. I really prefer to have that one on one interaction. I really do believe that there has to be an initial attraction to someone and that the meeting really helps to know whether this is someone I can really connect to.People say that I am easy to talk to and have a good sense of humor. I am the person that has "please tell me your life story" somehow written on my forehead and the most unexpected people will start telling me things. It's funny most times. And I do enjoy people. I am a people watcher and I enjoy hearing about people's lives; where they came from and where they've been. I am strong, sweet, loving, and easygoing and like to be very active whether it is watching sports events, listening to live music, walking & working out, or just hanging out at home doing my little projects. I am pretty low maintenance and very self sufficient. I would like to meet someone to share the rest of my life with enjoying some of these things but also sharing new interests and learning new things. I would like to have someone to travel with, stay home with, enjoy family with, and celebrate life with. And I am not going to just settle this time. You have to be the right one for me and me for you. Just meeting in a casual setting over a drink or coffee, just to see if there is a reason to try a second date.

    Well, well, well.....dating still at 51. Not what I thought I would be doing at this stage of the game but seems that is what it is.
