Okay, After awhile on here I have decided to expand on who/what I am and who/what I am searching for. It is amazing how many profiles I have read on this site that all sound the same. It is if we all have the same little writing gnome living in the backs of our brains. I consider myself to be an attractive, intelligent, active, normal man. the attractive part is up to you to decide but I am confident in myself so that is all that really matters. I am a transplanted New Yorker, so if you have issues with that or you still refer to me as a yankee, Please move on... I believe in diversity so if you are a racist, Please move on... I have ZERO TOLORENCE for that. Intelligence is a must for me and no, education does not predicate intelligence, the world is full of educated idiots. If you are a bible thumping republican, Please, with ALL DUE RESPECT, move on... I am not the one for you. I believe in moving forward, Not regressing to the stone age...And NO, I have no problem with people of faith, I just respectfully decline to agree with you. I believe that if your belief in a higher being makes your life better, Great!, just don't try to change my mind. We can have all the discussions you want, but if my surrogate father, who is a presbyterian minister, could not change my mind, then you have no chance... I love to cook and experiment with new things. I have a great family and friends who mean the world to me and spend most of my time with them when I am not working, we are very close. And will continue to be so..I am a chef in a very popular restaurant And I love my job. I am a person who stays up to date on current events and politics, so if you like to have a conversation about those topics, Then that, is the best way to drink a bottle of petite syrah with some seared sea bass bites...so blah, blah, blah and whosie-whatsie... Say hi if you like and happy fishing PS I am a drinker, and no, I am not a sloppy, gutter sleeping, drunk, but I like to drink and do so frequently, so if this is an issue, please move on....Please, I am not trying to sound like a elitist but, if you cannot write a sentence without utilizing "text speak" or have more spelling and grammatical errors then a six year old child, PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, MOVE ON... (And yes, I do see the irony of an athiest using such a statement) I have nothing in common with someone who wallows in basic *** you for taking the time to read this!!!Have a great day!!! Well truth is it would seem that dating is a lost art. I would say it depends on the two people involved, common interests and such. I will say that a movie is a horrible first date!

I'm a man of many passions and ambitious goals, but you’re much less likely to find me looking all serious than having a good laugh. I find healthy and harmony in balancing a very demanding medical career with lots of fun an adventure on the weekends. Well I hate this part lol. I guess I am a fairly laid back person. I enjoy small things in life, the smell of fresh rain, signs of spring after a long winter, going for a hike and seeing nature at work. I enjoy reading, crime drama, fantasy, books that can pull you in and let your imagination go i guess, although it is more of a winter hobby. In the summer I enjoy going out on the lake, tubing, fishing etc.. Also like to go to cruise in's and car shows.I am a father to an amazing young man, who is my number 1 priority in life. I never knew how great it would be to become a dad, but it is the most incredible thing I have ever experienced in life. I keep fairly busy with him through baseball, football, scouts etc.. and enjoy watching him grow. It is amazing to look at life through the eyes of kids, seeing their wonder at new experiences. I am close to my family and friends. I think that having those people in your life that you can be there for when they need a shoulder to lean on says a lot about a person. Spending time together playing cards, BBQ, hanging out in the yard or park playing boche ball, lawn darts etc.. are all enjoyable. I would like to find a person to enjoy life with. I am well past the dating for sport thing of youth, and looking more for the ability to share the best and worst parts of life. Would like to find somebody who is grounded, stable and mature, that would like to see about being a part something that could be more. Not to good talking about myself, but if you would like to know anything, just ask. Something laid back, tough enough meeting the first time.
