So I'm the new kid on the block, both in AZ and in online dating, so go easy on a girl, will ya? How do I play up my awesomeness in a paragraph? Lets go for a run, walk, hike, go camping, anything!- I enjoy caring for my body, definitely a cardio addict. Mostly because it feels good, but partially so I can eat whatever I want without taking too much self loathing into the shower with me in the morning. - Also a coffee addict. It makes all the difference in becoming a functional happy human being for me. - Very family-oriented. Family is the reason I moved to AZ, so understanding that dynamic is a huge bonus! - Travel thrills me and I love to find new places to explore. I'm fascinated by other countries and cultures and try to learn by actually talking and interacting with the people *** checking out all the museums and tourist traps. - Music is a must for me every day. It's how I get through a long run without getting bored, and hone my not-so-amazing singing skills while cleaning the house. - I'm cool with short-term dating (it's fun) but am definitely looking for more of the long-term sort (it's more fun).- Most of the time, I don't take myself very seriously. Most of the time, you shouldn't either. You? I'm looking for the perfect combination of James Bond, The Most Interesting Man in the World and Jim Carrey. Must be able to hug it out like a champ, not a wimpy side arm hug or the barely touching A-frame hug, hug like you mean it! Be ready for an adventure and not just talk about it, lets go! Someone to head out for a run or a hike with me. Who takes care of his body but not a muscle head who kisses his biceps while staring at himself in the mirror. I listed my personality in one word above as 'Animal Lover' because 'Bookworm' seemed incredibly nerdy and how is 'Sarcastic' not an option?! That aside, I am a science teacher who has not gone mind numbingly mad from middle schoolers day in and day out. Honestly, I kinda like my job. It took me until I was 30 to decide what I was going to be when I grew up so I'd like to stick with it. I like to hike in the summer and ski in the winter. I have a six year old son who I am getting into hiking and movies that blow his mind. He just watched Goonies and is now hooked. He wants to hike a 14er next summer so we were hiking a lot before it turned cold. Speaking of cold, I like this season called 'fall' we get here. I never saw it growing up in the South and it is damn near perfect before 'winter' sets in (also something I didn't see much of growing up along with 'snow').I'm a pretty open person so if you have a question just ask. I also don't take myself too seriously. I mean who can when 8th graders are critiquing you daily. Also, my heading comes from a favorite movie of mine and was the only thing I could think of when asked. It was either that or 'As you wish' which seems a bit much considering.
