As Dateateers let's begin with a crooked grin and a shared smile. Without further definition of who I'm looking for (there’s no value in limiting wonderful) I'll move on and give you a few hints of the life that surrounds me. Hint: Tall, humor, and affectionate drives me crazy!.The perfect day is when I've laughed and played, learned, created, and shared. My style tends to be jeans and bare feet on home time, jeans and heels during work time (I'm a salon owner), and if I'm very lucky the occasional Cinderella dress during magical times. My heart moves at love stories and jumps at scary ones (hungry ghosts you know). I'm blessed with family and friends which include two grown children and the most magical grandson on the face of the planet. I love creativity, oceans, hikes and picnics, boats, intelligence and good spelling (:-), blue cheese stuffed olives, and scuba. I enjoy baseball and hockey, warm days cross country skiing/snowshoeing, bout any game as long as it does not involve the heart, movies and productions, live blues and classic rock, and the amazing cities of the world... whew. With all that being said it's simple, most of all I love being in the arms of someone special and laughing no matter what we're doing.That about sums up my existence, well almost.     I like reading,movies,football,dogs,swimming and I have a self deprecating sense of humor. Big fan of sarcasm,salsa and chips, snowstorms and Seinfeld (see what I did there? They all begin with the letter "S"...interesting? No? Ok,lol. I'm not so much into going to a bar....but if I do go...I like an "old joint"....I was married for 10 years then divorced...then had an 18 year relationship that I should have left much earlier...my son is grown...I feel like this is my time.....oh....one more little teeny,tiny thing: I sometimes have this tendency to go off topic during discussions....for example, we might be having a perfectly lovely conversation about quantum physics or Einsteins Theory of Relativity and I suddenly ask if you've ever seen an Amish person with a wooden leg.....because I haven't. Seriously.....think about it...(sigh....)these are the things that keep me up at night. ;). UPDATE: I apparently need to clarify something....when I said I prefer "an old joint" I meant an old Bar or club. VS a new loud, noisy club.....an. old joint. With a jukebox and a mahogany.bar....lol....not an old joint as in smoking.....lol! ***. Does anyone on this site DATE? I get lots of messages but when I suggest setting up a date, dead silence. Seriously....this isn't rocket science. Get out from behind your computer and lets go on a date! A couple drinks....some laughs....geez.....if its not a "love connection", so what? Big deal! A few hours of laughing will be fun!!!!!! ***.... Not interested in a texting relationship!!!! Coffee or drinks....some flirting....laughing and a really great kiss...
